Mexico has unique tropical fruits, vegetables, spices and regional cheeses that no where else in the world have to offer.  The chefs are not teaching you how to make fajitas.  The chefs are here to teach you recipes that have been handed down generation to generation.  While you learn to make a three course meal you will be enjoying the class with local music, an apron and of course a local beverage of choice.  This activity is wonderful for a few in the group or the whole family! Menus are custom tailored to your preference.
